We want you to love your Luxsira Jewelry. If you’re unsatisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date.
To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@luxsira.com, and we will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the process. After submission, we’ll review and respond with next steps.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned in new, unworn, and original condition with packaging included.
- We cannot accept returns for any item that shows signs of wear.
- Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and review your item, refunds are processed within one business day and credited to your original payment method.
Special Returns and Promotions
- Gift with Purchase: If returning items from an order that included a free gift, the gift must also be returned, or its cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Discounted Items: Items purchased with “Buy One, Get One” or similar promotions will have a proportional refund if only part of the order is returned.
Delivery Issues
Returns due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed deliveries will be refunded minus all shipping costs.
